Typical colors include gray, green, blue, brown, yellow and colorless.  Labradorite can display an iridescent or schiller optical effect known as labradorescence.  Labradorite has a reputation of being one of the most powerful protector’s of all crystals in the mineral kingdom, protecting the wearer of negativity. It’s also a very beautiful gemstone. Labradorite is mostly seen in larger crystals and not commonly seen in fine jewelry.
